ADL Heatsink for Heatspreader mount (2 Fan)
This Heatsink with 2 top blow fans is designed for applications in development environment. The setup perfectly is prepare to be used in both thermal scenario:
1. With heatsink + fan
2. Without heatsink / without fan (conduction cooling)
The big powerhouse CPU Generation needs 2 Fans installed at the heatsink. This is a standalone thermal solution as long as the black heatsink + fan is installed. Customers are allowed to remove the black heatsink – to mount the heatspreader direct to a metal chassis for fanless operation.
To be used with: ADLQM67PC (i7 QuadCore) Any ADLQM87PC

This Heatsink with 1 top blow fans is designed for applications in development environment. The setup perfectly is prepare to be used in both thermal scenario:
1. With heatsink + fan
2. Without heatsink / without fan (conduction cooling)
The midrang CPU Generation only needs 1 Fan installed at the heatsink. This is a standalone thermal solution as long as the black heatsink + fan is installed. Customers are allowed to remove the black heatsink – to mount the heatspreader direct to a metal chassis for fanless operation.
